All sales are final and all products sold by "lgtautomotive.com and sherwooddashkits.com " are sold "as-is" to the buyer. Any damages due to transit/shipping must be reported to the freight company. Any items that are rejected by customers and sent back to us, the shipment will not be accepted, unless it is approved by LGT Automotive. Prices may change without notice. Credit card cancellation transactions are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All check/cheque transactions may be held for up to 10 business days to clear the bank systems. International money orders are also accepted as a form of payment. Fee for bounced checks also known as [ NSF ] is $40. All currency charges are charged in CAD [ Canadian Dollars ] using the exchange rate of the order date from http://www.oanda.com/. Customers using a different credit card then a Canadian financial institution issued credit card may see additional surcharges on their statement of 1% to 2% on average.

Warranty:

There is no warranty stated or implied from LGT Automotive [ except for the original warranty from manufacturer ] due to the unusual stress placed on aftermarket / off road product(s) and/or the inability for LGT Automotive to monitor their modification, installation, and use, unless otherwise stated. In such case, LGT Automotive warrants all products to be brand new (unless otherwise stated in product description) free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of (30) days from date of retail purchase. All other warranties must be claimed through the manufacturer.

Returned items must be determined by LGT Automotive to be defective before any warranty credit or replacement is issued. Please review our "Shipping & Returns Policy". LGT Automotive's obligation under warranty shall be to credit (amount paid by customer less shipping charges) or replace the customer's item if proven defective. LGT Automotive shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. LGT Automotive shall not be liable for any damage(s) or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed written or implied extending beyond these conditions set forth above.

Buyers should independently perform their own research with the respective entity(ies) before purchasing to ensure that that specific product will fit or is made for their vehicle application. LGT Automotive makes every effort and to the best of our ability, to properly mention which product will fit or is made for that specific vehicle application.

Product must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer's specific warnings. Once any one of our products have been installed, all warranty and return/exchange is voided. In addition, LGT Automotive offers no extensions or exceptions to the manufacturer's warranty policies.
