Shipping:

All of our products are shipped via one of the following couriers or delivery service: UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, Purolator, Canpar, USPS and Canada Post. Tracking # if available will be sent to you once product/s has/have been shipped out. Please note that no order will be shipped out until full payment has been received in full. LGT Automotive will not be held responsible for any custom entry fees and duty associated with any shipped product. All paypal transactions will be shipped out to the verified billing address provided. Damage may occur occasionally in transit. All of our shipments are insured for the value on the customer's invoice. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it to us without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied by the transit company if you do so. If the damage is apparent and visible upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the Freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the transit freight company. If any damage has occurred, note it on the driver's bill and have him/her initial it and make a copy for your records. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. "LGT Automotive" under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise and/or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. Some dash kit orders are manufactured on a per order basis if it's not in stock. The eta for such orders at this time is 8 to 11 business days. Dash kit orders shipped outside the lower 48 US states and all of Canada is subject to an extra shipping charge. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the lower 48 US states and Canada. All shipments are shipped without a signature required delivery. It is your [ the customer's ] responsibility to add a signature required option of $3.50 USD per shipment and you can do this by simply calling us or enter a note in the comment section during checkout. 

Returns & Cancellations:

Returns are accepted under the following conditions only: Merchandise cannot and should not be returned back to LGT Automotive without a [ RGA ] Returned Goods Authorization number and must include a photocopy of the original invoice clearly stating the invoice number and total amount paid. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all dash kits [ special order finishes dash kits are not refundable and cannot be returned ] returned and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all other products if LGT Automotive is not at fault. All returned merchandise must be in like-new, uninstalled, re sellable and as received condition. All freight charges must be prepaid and insured by you, the buyer on all returned merchandise. All authorized merchandise must be returned back to LGT Automotive within 30 calendar days after being delivered. Any items shipped back to LGT Automotive after 30 calendar days will be refused and returned back to the purchaser at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to "LGT Automotive". It is the buyer's responsibility to insure the returned shipment. In the event returned merchandise is damaged, "LGT Automotive " will file a claim with the shipping carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. LGT Automotive cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery on any order as most custom made products are manufactured when ordered. Cancelled orders one or more calendar day/s after the order was placed with LGT Automotive, Inc. by either phone, online at www.lgtautomotive.com or by fax are subject to a 10% cancellation/administration fee of the original purchase price stated on the purchase order and a completed "Purchase Order Cancellation Form" must be faxed to LGT Automotive toll free at 1.866.357.7628 including all details like, your name, address, phone number, product/s purchased, invoice or order number and signed by you the "buyer" stating that you would like to cancel your order. You will receive confirmation from LGT Automotive within 48 hours by either phone or email that we have received your cancellation request and that your order will be canceled in accordance with the above policy. Orders canceled the same day that it was placed will not be charged any fees. Orders may not be canceled once they have been shipped.
